Whitetail Hill App — Delete Your Account

You can delete your Whitetail Hill app account and its data at any time, two ways:

1. In the app (instant)

Open the app and go to Tools → Account → Delete account. You'll confirm twice, and your account is deleted immediately.

2. By email

Send a request to app@whitetailhill.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and removes your account and everything tied to it: your profile and sign-in, plots and map features, soil test results, saved seed and tree plans, and messages with our team.

What isn't affected

Orders placed through our online stores are separate from your app account. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting, taxes, and warranty service.
